2.2 Ukuhlola Ukuzinza Kwe-Thermal
Ukuhlolwa kwe-Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) kukhombisa i-organotin - i-PVC ezinzile inamazinga okushisa okuqalisa aphezulu kunezinhlelo ze-calcium - zinc evamile. Nakuba izinzinzisi ezisekelwe kumthofu zinikeza ukuzinza kwesikhathi eside kwezinye izinqubo, ukukhathazeka kwemvelo/kwezempilo kuvimbela ukusetshenziswa.
3. Imiphumela Yokucutshungulwa
3.1 I-Melt Flow & Viscosity
Izinza zishintsha indlela yokuncibilika kwe-PVC:
I-calcium - zinc: Ingase yandise ukuncibilika kwe-viscosity, ivimbele ukubunjwa kwe-extrusion/umjovo.
I-Organotin: Nciphisa i-viscosity ukuze kube bushelelezi, okuphansi - ukucutshungulwa kwezinga lokushisa—okulungele imigqa yejubane eliphezulu.
Ukuhola - okusekelwe: Ukuncibilika okumaphakathi kodwa amawindi okucubungula amancane ngenxa yezingozi zepuleti.
3.2 Ukugcotshwa kanye Nokukhishwa Kwesikhunta
Amanye ama-stabilizer asebenza njengama-lubricant:
I-calcium - ukwakheka kwe-zinc kuvame ukufaka izithambisi zangaphakathi ukuze kuthuthukiswe ukukhululwa kwesikhunta ekubumbeni umjovo.

4.2 Izinhlobo Zokuzinzisa Nokungafihli

I-Organotin - amafilimu e-PVC azinzile afinyelela > 90% wokudlulisa ukukhanya.
Calcium - zinc stabilizers isivuno ~ 85-88% transmittance.
Izinzinzisi ezisekelwe kumthofu zisebenza kabi kakhulu.
Amaphutha afana “namehlo ezinhlanzi” (ahlanganiswe nekhwalithi yokuzinzisa/ukusabalalisa) nawo anciphisa ukucaca—izinzinzisi zekhwalithi ephezulu zinciphisa lezi zinkinga.

I-calcium - zinc: I-Eco – enobungani kodwa idinga ukuthuthukiswa kokucutshungulwa/okusobala.
I-Organotin: I-Excel kuzo zonke izici kodwa ibhekane nezindleko/izithiyo zokulawula kwezinye izifunda.
